Drinking water, that is good water, not anything tainted with ecoli, is definitely good for the body. If drinking water throughout the day makes you feel good, hydrates the body and relieves stress then yes it is a good way to reduce chances for heart attacks. So here is a suggestion, get your bottle of water, put on your runners and go for a brisk walk each day and make sure you walk long enough that the water bottle is emptied before you get home. Have a heart healthy day.

There is no evidence as of now that supports that you can prevent heart attack by drinking 8 glasses of water per day although there are other ways which do.

Eight glasses a day is what you need just to be hydrated and healthy. Not sure it helps with a heart attack though.

Just like watching fish in fish tank or petting your cat or dog it relaxes the blood vessels which helps to lower your blood pressure. Keeps your focus on something else other than what is bothering you for that day. So like the old saying says go ahead and stop to smell the flowers.
