I really fancy Alaska Silk Pie Company- they have AWESOME cakes that get delivered overnight. The quality cannot be beaten!
The Cafe Diablo cake is my favorite- and the shipping wasnt that bad at all.

also many others send regular cake or coffee cake. i am sure you'll find something.
you could also contact a bakery in HER city and ask them to deliver a cake.
