im at work and im so thirsty, i want something i can just down and quench my thirst. so far today iv had red bull, tea, orangina and some water.

water is the cheapest option and probably the best for dehydration...and its easy enough to drink

Living in Singapore, it can be really hot and thirsty as well, especially since I'm a teacher (we have to carry on talking).. So, the best I've had to quench my thirst is Ice Lemon Tea and Lemonades.. Try them, they are good..

water, water, and more water. if you're feeling thirsty, you're already dehydrated. all of the other drinks you've had today have a lot of sugar in them, which makes you become dehydrated much quicker. Make sure that you drink 6-8 glasses of water a day (2 liters!!) to stay hydrated.

Lemonade with lots of sugar in it. A mojito. Two shots of tequila. A root beer float. A frozen dacquri. Red Bull. Evian water with lemon rinds. Dr. Pepper. YooHoo. Scotch and soda.

Chinese tea is best to quench your thirst , try a white tea called silver needle .

This will work magic, trust me:
Add some lime to your water (no sugar what so ever added) or simply drink lime juice (natural) without any addings.
Just give it a shot; it's the best way.

Water, you are probably dehydrated. If you want a really tasty drink, try pineapple & coconut jiuce from Sainsbury's. it tastes like Pina Colada.

sounds like youve got dehydration, possibly a hangover? drink water, water, and even more water! and avoid salty snacks to keep thirst at bay
