http://www.annualcreditreport.com is the one offered by the government. You get a free copy of all three reports each year. You can view all at once or rotate it through the year.

If you have applied for credit and was denied, you are entitled to receive a free copy of your report from the agency that denied it.
Otherwise the two you mentioned are pretty much it.
