I've never had a major nose bleed, but for the past year or so whenever I blow my nose I keep finding specs of blood on the tissue. It usually happens in the morning. I'm not too worried about it, but wondering whats causing it? Has anyone else had this?

You probably are experiencing some dryness in the air or slight dehydration as you sleep. This can also be due to the fact that your nose is quite delicate and the blowing causes some irritation thereby breaking up some of the tissue inside the nose which shows in the form of blood. Check the humidity of the air you breathe when this occurs.

You are right and don't worry. This is not a major problem. This is because of eating too much products of Potato, Eggs, Tomato, Pepper, Sauceges, Coffee, Chocolate, Vine and Hot Things.

Just decrese these kind of food then you will not have Nose Bleeding. Have a G-Day :)

Yes I do and I do not worry about it ...Start worrying when you have a proper nose bleed. If you do press a 2p or 2pound coin in between your eyebrows for about 30 seconds while you lean your head back a little...

Chances are the air is dry and is causing the spotting. Us a humidifier in your room at night, and the problem will disappear.

Yeah, I have had it. I think it may be from a sinus infection or something of the sort.
