Hey, Mohr's cricle is a tad bit too complicated to explain in words on yahoo answers :) I can refer you to a good book though.

Go down to you local library, or university library and get out a book called "Mechanics of Materials" by Ferdinand P.Beer, E.Russell Johnston Jr and John T.DeWolf.
It's the best book you can find on this segment, look up Chapter 7 if you get the 3rd Edition.

So you can find the locations and magnitudes of the maximum shear force and bending moments. It's hard to visualize it unless it's a very simple beam.
