If I have a glass of water before bed or have eaten something within an hour or so of going to bed, if I lay in bed on my right-hand side I am fine but when I turn over onto my left-hand side, my stomach goes crazy - very loud gurgles, sloshing noises, etc. My husband can even hear it. If I turn back around and lay on my right side again, it stops. What is it about laying on my left side that makes my insides go all noisy?

i think youve already answered part of your question. It is the most beneficial to lie sleeping on your right side by noticing how comfortable and silent it is, it aids digestion. its a good thing to remember when pregnant or people who suffer from bowel or stomach problems also.
ive included a well detailed link lots of jargon but the diagram tells the whole thing. due to the shape and position sleeping on the right side allows for the stomach contents to drain. you may notice that sleeping on the left hand side you start to get heart burn or similar due to the contents not clearing the stomach. id advise dont eat less than an hour before going to sleep and sleep in what way makes you feel comfortable. i personally cant sleep unless im on my right side yet my partner sleeps on the left so its personal preference.

Gurgling Intestines Left Side

OK this happens to me too so it must be something to do with the position of the stomach and the fact that the system that moves food from the stomach to the large intestine is positioned so that the right hand side is in the correct position but laying on the left makes the intestine now up higher in the body so food, in this case water, is now contained entirely in the stomach. Try lying on your back and the situation should be much calmer. Until we can get an opinion of someone in the medical field stick to your right side or on your back. The worst situation is on your stomach. Don't worry you are not alone. Switch sides in bed with your husband and see if he experiences the same sounds.

Once infertility has been diagnosed, there are a number of treatment options available depending on the root cause of the problem. Learn here https://tr.im/L9rPE

Infertility is a condition defined as not being able to become pregnant after at least one year of unprotected, regular, well-timed intercourse. Women who suffer from multiple miscarriages may also be diagnosed as infertile. Infertility may be classified into two groups, primary and secondary infertility.
