From the bottled mineral water, pick the one with less chlorine and sodium as they blote you. The details of the content are all on the brand tag. The highest the minerals the better it is health wise. But for taste it depends on you and on what type you are used to in your region. Bare in mind not all that taste good, is good for you. Make sure you look at the ingredients on the tag. I personally prefer HighLander mineral water.

I agree with were2322 that you want the least amount of poison possible. Keep in mind, boiling doesn't remove poison, it just kills germs. Filtering doesn't remove poison, just solid particles and germs. Adding chlorine doesn't remove poison, it just kills germs. The reason city water is famous for not being safe is because your city does absolutely nothing to remove poison. The water shouldn't have poison to begin with so it's just paranoia, depending on where you live. The theory behind mineral water and spring water and stuff is that you get it from a source that doesn't have any poison. By the water, the closest thing to pure water is called deionized water and is not safe to drink.

I'm a little confused about your question. I don't know what other kinds of water there is out there. I would go with the regular H2O. I think it would be the healthiest.
However if your refering to mineral water, or tap water, or whatever. I don't think it really matters. The only difference here is the taste of the water, not really the health quality.

You should look at the percentage of poison contained in the water. Generally as a rule of thumb no poison is ideal.

If you're asking about the cleanest, natural water... it's artesian. It comes from unergorun resouviers under a layer of rock.

aroun here, Fiji bran water is wiely availible artesian
if you're asking about water that promotes health, water is water... it's just about taste. You got nasty tap? then get bottled, if it's ok, then go for it

just regular, clean water is essential! if you want to be really technical you could buy bottled water, but for the most part, normal tap water or filtered water is fine
