If the victim is alive a year later, there would have to be a child or aborted (naturally or unnaturally) fetus stored somewhere for paternity testing. Without a child, then the victim would be out of luck. There is no possible way that a living person could keep that DNA evidence on or in their body after a few days.
If the victim was dead and the body was exhumed, it is highly unlikely that any DNA evidence could be found.

DNA can detect only if she went to hospital and got checked out and there is evidence from test, but she personally wouldn't have it afterwards for very long. If you are speaking of the former situation where DNA was taken shortly after the crime, it should be good for a while b/c some innocent people have been exonerated b/c of DNA testing.

Once the area is washed all the DNA is lost. That's why they do rape kits at the hospital or when you are first brought to the police station.

The only possible way they could still have a DNA sample is if she were to have gotten pregnant and given birth- otherwise, no.
