God never killed anyone. We human beings think that God exercises his wrath the same way we human beings, certainly not.
Isaiah 55:9
For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts
So His ways of exercising His wrath is different from ours.
Isaiah 54:8
8In a little wrath I hid my face from thee for a moment; but with everlasting kindness will I have mercy on thee, saith the LORD thy Redeemer.
God does not like sin, He loves the sinner but not the act. He hates sin so much he cannot stand to look at it , so in a little wrath He hides his face from you when you sin, meaning He gives you up to what you have chosen. God does not force, that is Satan's government of sin. He forces people not God.
Romans 1:24
24Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves:
He gives them up to their own choices and it is a separation.

Lamentations3:22
22It is of the LORD's mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not.
Amazing, it is by His mercies we are still a life. Why someone who would die for you would want to kill you? He loves you so much

text in the Bible contradict themselves.
1 Chronicles 10: 13-14
13So Saul died for his transgression which he committed against the LORD, even against the word of the LORD, which he kept not, and also for asking counsel of one that had a familiar spirit, to enquire of it;
14And enquired not of the LORD: therefore he slew him, and turned the kingdom unto David the son of Jesse
This verse clearly shows that God killed Saul but look at how he really died in 1 Chron 10:4 -6
4Then said Saul to his armourbearer, Draw thy sword, and thrust me through therewith; lest these uncircumcised come and abuse me. But his armourbearer would not; for he was sore afraid. So Saul took a sword, and fell upon it.
5And when his armourbearer saw that Saul was dead, he fell likewise on the sword, and died.
6So Saul died, and his three sons, and all his house died together.
Saul clearly killed himself not God. This is known as the language problem. God's wrath=terrible separation

Malachi 3:6
6For I am the LORD, I change not; therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed.

God never changes. For him to be a horrible God in the Old and a sweet One in the New means He would have had to change and he clearly says here he does not change so He has always been merciful.

1) God does kill. But killing is not a sin. Nowhere in the bible does it say not to kill, it says not to murder. And yes there is a difference. Murdering a person is when you just go out and end a persons life for no reason, or for a stupid reason, like they beat you at a game of cards and ur mad at them.
God has killed many people, read the old testament. But everyone of them deserved it and were prewarned. Also, you are right when you say that God has always been and will be the same. However, conditions change. Thus God's responses change, in a consistant manner, to the changing world. You are right to say that God has always been merciful, but on the same note, he will always be wrathful. Hence the end of days. For those of you who think God is all warm and fuzzy now, read the part where he tortures the inhabitants of the world so that they seek death, but death eludes them.

2) God doesn't force you to sin, I agree. However, neither does the devil. The definition of sin is this: an act you willingly commit that you know to be wrong. The devil can't force you to sin, it goes against the definition of sin. Rather, the devil can only tempt you to sin.

I hope this helps you to widen your view, and gives you ideas on which to ponder. I look forward to your future posts.

Does God kill? Ask the people who were drowned in Noah's flood -- which btw was everybody alive at the time except Noah & company. Ask the firstborn of Egypt in Moses' time. Ask the people slaughtered by the Israelites and by God himself in the Canaan. Ask the friendly folks of Sodom and Gomorrah. Ask Jesus who was a human sacrifice.

Here's the deal: There's what they call the Old Testament and the New. Jews & Christians both hold with the old, Christians only hold with the New. Now the New Testament God is a warm and fuzzy and kind and smile-Jesus-loves-you kind of God with the exception of the Jesus sacrifice and all the threats in Revelations. On the other hand the Old Testament God is a brutal merciless God who's favorite hobby was waging war against humanity.

God can do whatever he wants. In response to the post by "The atheist revolutionary" you are foolish to say that God doesn not exist. When you die and your spirit leaves your body and burns in hell, what are you going to do then?? Then you will wish you believed.

That's interesting... Didn't the Christian God flood the Earth? Or kill off everyone in Sodom and Gomorrah . Killing is killing regardless of how you want to put it. Or is it okay for Christians to ignore certain parts of their own book (bible)?

You're right, but to a non-believer, God will be the one they'll want to blame. When you keep telling God to stay out of things, He's eventually going to stay away.

The Bible describes God performing ethnic cleansing, just to clear the way for his "chosen" people.
