That is always fun you should be happy, most of these people are right you should all the police or at least make him think you have. Why don't you try and turn it all around. Have some fun with it. Maybe get him to meet you somewhere and get a group of big guys to beat the **** out of him, so long as it can't be traced back to you, or you could always ring his parents up somehow... Try and ring the phone company get the last call received sometimes they aren't that helpful but maybe talk some **** and say your brother just called you and you need to call him back its an emergency your mum has just died. Once you get the number you ring and ring and ring. Soon he'll turn the fone off and you'll hear the message bank. Listen very carefully for clues of his identity. If you find out his last name look it up in the white pages and ring his parents, you may have to ring a few but it'll be worth it. Tell them that you want him to call you again apologising for his verbal and borderline sexual harassment or you'll involve your lawyers. They should eat it right up. You'll get an apology and a good nite sleep just thinking about what is happening to him. If all else fails just go to some teen chat site and give out his mobile number - be creative give it to thirty year old men who like to have sex with guys lol.. the results will be hilarious for you.

Neethu, you can report to the police and the phone company.
If you are in an awkward position and don't want to tell your parents, then you have fewer options....
Depending on your city, use your phone company's website and use the directory enquiry to figure out the places he calls you up from... For example, in Bangalore, we have http://www.bangaloretelecom.com/ using the site, if I have a number, I can use it to find the address of the place he is calling me from. Sometimes, if it is a private telephone company then you don't have a website. in that case, call from a pubblic booth and find out where the number is located. If it is not this particular guy's house, and is a friend's, please talk to them and tell them that you are being harrassed, and you will make a police complaint about the same.
Enlist the help of some male friends and ask them to help you by talking to this creep.

If your parents can't change the phone number, which would probably be best. Check with your phone company, there is a way you can report each call he makes by dialing a certain number right after he calls. I don't know where you live, so check with the phone company and they will tell you the number to dial, after three reports, it will automatically be reported to the police, who will then proceed with proper charges. That is the one sure way to have him stopped. Good Luck.

the next time he calls-tell him that you have reported him to the phone company and that if he doesn't stop calling you-you're next phone call will be to the police to report him for harrassment.
if he continues to call after giving him this warning-start documenting each time he calls (don't answer-just write down the time on a piece of paper, keep it near the phone so you won't lose it).
bring this piece of paper to the police department when you go to file your harrassment complaint as proof

Put the phone down the moment you know its him. Dont encourage him with any conversation at all. Just IGNORE IT. Try getting a caller ID. It will help in threatening him in case he persists.

either block his number out or tell him you are going to report him to the call annoyance people..then, if he continues,..call the police, let them and the phone company put a trap on your phone, and press charges...you probably won't have to go that far if you tell him what your plans are...you could also have the cops go talk to him and his parents first...for harrassment.

dont receive his calls if you recognize the number. hang up the phone when he starts calling you. get his number and give it to Police.
