You can delete the history of sites visited, but if your boss has a problem with you visiting certain sites, it must not be part of your job. How about concentrating on getting your work done and leave the web surfing to your break periods?

You can go to Tools > Internet Options > Delete browsing history.
But still, there are many files from the webpages you've browsed that are saved in your computer. Manually delete those files so that you will leave no trace of logging onto a site. Just do this:
go to My Computer > C:\WINDOWS\Temp\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5 and delete the folders you can see. Then empty your recycle bin, just to make sure.

Some places monitors which websites you go to so even if you delete (Internet Explorer-Tool, Internet option, delete history) the saved sites, the monitor will still have the sites you went on.

1. Open Internet Explorer

2. Click on "TOOLS" Menu

3. Then click "INTERNET OPTIONS"

4. On "GENERAL TAB" go to "HISTORY" section and click "CLEAR HISTORY" button.

5. You can also set no. of days to zero, so that no pages will be saved which you last visited.

I hope this solves your problem.
