this is the message im getting: You can upload a résumé that you have already created here. Any résumés you choose to upload must be saved in rich text format (RTF). however when i do so it doesnt allow me. I added an extention .rtf when i saved it, but still no luck.

The Rich Text Format (RTF) Specification is a method of encoding formatted text and graphics for easy transfer. Search for a SW that will convert the the desired progarm file to .rtf.

it stands for rich text format.. download an rtf compatible editor
or if you have a later MS Office, you should be able to "save as" .rtf file or "Rich Text Format file"

you probable kept it contained in the default .docx note 2007 format. attempt this particularly: a million. click the round place of work button contained in the better-left nook of the window. 2. click the save As->note 97-2003 rfile format. 3. save the record. wish that permits.
