My brother went out with this girl about 3 years ago, and she still won't leave him alone! He broke up with her because she liked to play mind games with him, and she would follow him wherever he would go. She was a backstabber and a liar, and she was a two- faced immature little 16 year old girl, that did not know what real love was. now she is 19! and she won't leave him alone, he does not know how to get her out of his life! what should he do?

She know where he lives, made friends with a recent girl he was dating and turned her against him. She has a new boyfriend now, and has sicked her b/f and his friends on my brother by trying to beat him up, and by breaking into and stealing/vandaling his cars. She has even gotten employed where he works!! EEEEEKKKKK!

Wow. That girl's really SICK. Maybe she was so infatuated with your brother that she started to build her dreams around him as soon as the two of them got hooked up. This will be very dangerous for both the girl and your brother. For one thing, the girl's pretty young to have her mind (not to mention her entire life) repeatedly haunted by a relationship that was already ended a long time ago. This will keep her from moving on to her present life. Your brother on the other hand, will be in constant restlessness, fearing that someone's lurking behind him like a shadow. The best thing to do for both parties is to face the problem head-on. Have your brother, the girl and a few concerned people gather for a serious talk. Invite a professional if you want to. (e.g. a councilor) In the talk, all of you can know the girl's reason on why she simply can't let go of your brother, open some suggestions to resolve the problem, etc, Talking it out and simply being honest to each other has always done wonders on me and how I manage personal relationships. There's no harm in trying right? However, If all possible means to resolve the problem didn't work and the girl's still after your brother. It's best to ask help from a mental institution to stop the girl's madness. Good luck. Bye. (P.S. This is purely opinionated.)

Lie to her that he's got a new girlfriend and this girl's every bit unlike her, that's why your brother likes her.
