Soy lecithin is not a peanut product. It is a soy product. Unless you are allergic to all legumes, you should be ok with it. I also have the peanut allergy, and I eat soy lecithin containing products.

What DOES give me problems, however, are plain M&Ms. They make those in the same factory as the peanut M&Ms, and nut oils and dust can 'float' into the chocolate. I'd check the label and see if it is processed on equipment that is also used to process nuts. If it is - avoid it if you are very sensitive to nuts and nut products.

"Peanut is a legume along with peas, beans, soy, lentils, alfalfa. The very allergic individual may also react to one or more of the other legumes, mostly to peas. Avoiding all the legumes in the peanut allergic individual is not warranted, and will not change the peanut sensitivity". If I was you I will not eat kinder surprise chocolate, just to be on the safe side of things.
