Well I don't claim to be super religious myself but as far as I know it really comes down to one basic principle. If you pray for forgiveness and in your heart you are truly repenting your sin or sins then you are forgiven by god. The only way you could know whether you are or not would be as simple as whether you are really sorry or not. It's apparently that easy!

You cannot communicate with fictional characters. The best you can do is guess what their reactions would be, if they were real, based on what has been written about them.
If you're a christian, your god may be one that forgives anything, so you can go ahead and automatically assume forgiveness for everything.

Well,
GOD likes u to remain in contact with him...
So He will never tell u whether he forgave u or not....
So that u keep on prayering & doing good things ......
& hence obey GOD....
& so remain nearer to GOD....
However, If u know that GOD has forgiven u, then u will start going against GOD, thinking that GOD forgave me once,
He can do it again....
So u might start doing Sins too....
Which he wouldn't like at all....
So just ask for forgiveness from GOD...
& remain nearer to GOD....
GOD loves u......
And that....
the concept of Jesus died for our sins might be true....
But if we start thinking like this in full strength, we will say,
" Jesus died for our sins"
now if we do any sin, we will not be held responsible for that or be punished.....
coz our punishment has been taken by GOD himself.....
And we keep on doing sins.....

If you are truely sorry for what you have done, then He has forgiven you the moment you asked. He is faithful and just to forgive us as we repent. Jesus blood washes away all our sins and leaves us white as snow.

Ask for a sign, something blindingly obvious if you have been forgiven. It's something I do, when I want to know if God has heard my prayer, and you'd be amazed what comes up.

Because that is Gods promise to us, ask for forgiveness and you will receive forgiveness. If you are still feeling bad maybe talk to Someone in your Church. Or talk to the person you feel that you wronged / hurt, if that is the case. Have trust in the Lord, he loves you!

If you truely repented, Just Believe God, faith is not always feelings, sometimes faith is so low, you my ask God where is he at... all alone, he has been right there with you . You Grow in faith & knowledge, Don't let no one, & I say again NO ONE try to persuade you that you 're not saved if you truely repented. Sister, I have made it over 36 yrs. now

If you are in Christ, you have been saved. You know because he said he would.
Nothing else is necessary, you may not forgive yourself, you may bring it up over and over, but God never sees it again it has been removed as far as the east is from the west.

God had already forgiven you when you pray to Him but don't abuse His mercy....when you feel as if a great burden was lifted up from your shoulder...

By faith. The only way to know anything about God is by faith. The Bible says that faith is a gift from God. So, if you have any faith, there is your evidence. And, God is quick and faithful to forgive. All we have to do is ask. Peace.
