Visit India once during winter. Best times are between October to february with most of the natural sanctuaries and life will be in a colourful and pleasent form after the mansoon rains.
Else mediterranean countries like cyprus are a good choice.

Tanzania, Dar es Salaam is wonderfully warm all year round and every thing is very cheap if you know how to haggle. There are also some wonderfull islands where you can go for a day trips. But be prepared for 40 degrees Centigrade with high humidity, around 80 to 90 %. It is a little primitive, but very nice.

Hmmm, if you are travelling from the UK it rather depends how long you intend to go for. Places like Indian Ocean, South Africa are great, but 12 hour flights which might be too far for a few days. Caribbean is more accessible, or Bermuda? Cyprus can have warm days, although colder evenings. Egypt? Enjoy anyway.

Any of the Canary Islands are hot all year and not too far from Britain.
Don't go to the Dominican Republic it has changed so much in the past 5 years with more people begging, more people trying to rip you off and 2 years ago it rained 6 days in the one week.

Australia, especially queensland which is known as the sunshine state. I lived there for 14 years and is fantastic spending xmas day on the beach with the bbq. Strange but after 14 years of having a HOT xmas I still missed the cold uk weather, maybe it's because I'm a londoner......
