I am 21 and medium fair guy. My back and buttocks alone looking dark. Why it is so? How can I make it fair like the other parts of body? Even my penis is also looking very dark. Please give me some remedies to get rid of it.

Hopefully it is a simply a case of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation from clothing rubbing on your skin. Wear more loose clothing. Post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation goes away in 1 - 2 years if you do not keep irritating it. There could be other causes so you should see a dermatologist. Does it look as bad as some of the photos at the link below?

i had the same problem after i had my baby...my thighs got darker.have you ever heard of ambi? they sell it walmart... it is a miracle worker my tone has dropped at least shades in the last months... i think the reason why it is getting darker is b/c of sweating and rubbing.

thats normal almost everyone who i kno of african race there buts are darker than the rest of there body ion really kno about the back

well for the @ss you can use a lightning cream but for pewees play house you are gonna have to see a doctor

It could be caused by sweating and rubbing against your clothes. I suggest exfoliating.
