God is sitting upon His Living Throne, in the Most Holy Place in the Temple of God, in New Jerusalem, in the third Heaven. The first heaven is the atmosphere. The second heaven is 'outer space'. The third heaven is the place that God inhabits.

I have worked with many who have been abused. Many were horribly abused as children and I have found this question to be a very common question...where was God when.....
Many are told that God could not stop it because HE gave the abusers free will too...but in reality, this answer is hog wash. God struck a husband and wife dead simply for lying in Acts.
Yet, these people deserve an answer. Where was GOD.?
I have tried to answer to the best of my ability when I am asked this question. You can find some of these answers in the links below. Please read them.
Most of those that have asked these difficult questions only want to know that someone does care...and they do want to know that God does love them. Many can not image that a Holy God does love them and folks....I too can not fully understand it. I simply know HE does and I have seen this same love overflow these precious people that have asked these questions time and time again. I have had them tell me they were afraid to ask God to save them...afraid that God would refuse...would reject them as so many others have done....only to hear them say things like..."Wow...HE does love me!" the moment they asked God to save them.
None of us can tell you the joy and peace this will bring...it is something you have to experience. The first link will tell you how.

God is the master of the word
And man is God's helper in keeping the earth clean.
Man must help God in taking care of nature.
Man must not waste the fruits of Nature.

Depends who God is to you... God is everywhere.... And yet you can chose not to allow Him to be everywhere...
I think it is simple... Do you want God to be somewhere? Well, He will be there....
