You can't connect a DVD player in this way but you would be able to connect a DVD recorder in this way as it has an aerial in and out just like a VCR. The other option is to buy a new TV. The idea of connecting the DVD player through the VCR probably won't work as there is an inbuilt protection in the DVD player to prevent DVDs being recorded onto video.

You need a modulator to go between the scart connection and the aerial socket. It's probably cheaper to buy a new TV.
If you've got a spare VCR (one with a broken tape mechanism will do), you can plug the DVD player into the scart socket and set the tuner to look at it (usually L1). You can then loop the aerial through the VCR and watch the DVD player through the aerial socket.

You need an RF Adaptor This turns The Video into one that can be read by the TV socket. Try maplins at the link below they do do a simple version of the one on the link but you will have to give them a call

Use an rf modulator from Walmart, Radioshack, etc.
Connect the DVD to the component a/v connections on the rf modulator and connect the modulator to the aerial port.

You can't as DVDs were manufactured with modern televisions in mind. You can get very cheap electrical products nowadays at ASDA and they all come with a free years guarantee you could probably pick up a good tv for £40

You can buy a connection with the scart at one end and the ariel connection at the other. Available from most electrical stores.

you can't its gotta have a scart, you'll need a better tv one with scart for when they turn off analog coz if your tv is that old it wont take digital,so I'm told .the usual rule of thumb is that no scart means it unable to take digital..Hope you sort it out dude.
