You can get loads of tattoo designs that look great, but it all depends on the tattoo artist. The best places to look are in an actual tattoo parlour, they have tonnes of magazines which have the most amazing tattoos in there. Internet is also a good place and your very own imagination, draw your own, as it is going to be tattooed on you, then take it to a tattoo studio and they can alter it and make it perfect for you. Everyone has their own personal tastes when it comes to tattoos so it is really up to you on what you think is a good design

Go to some shops near you and check out their flash(that's the designs all over the walls and in books that they have). It depends upon your tastes as well. The Internet is a good place to find designs. Do searches for "Tattoo designs" and I'm sure that you'll find what you're looking for.

Are you talking about Indian or Native American? The best thing you can do either way is to go to your local bookstore and geek out on Indian art and history books (or Native American art and history books). You can spend a million years online and never quite find what you are looking for, and I have found that the extra effort is well worth it. You could also look at portfolios of various tattoo artists that specialize in the style and content you are looking for. This will give you tons of inspiration, and allow you to find the artist who is perfect for you. Once you have had your fill of ideas and brainstorming and researching, schedule a consult with the artist you chose and create something together that will be perfect for you. Best of luck!

it all depends on what kind of designs u like. try these 3 websites, they have galleries where u can view loads of designs.
www.tattoodesigns.me.uk
www.tattoo-ideas.co.uk/index.php
www.tattoo.co.uk
hope that helps. also a good tip - get a tattoo on an easy area to start with - avoid feet, ankles, ribs and hands.... go for your upper arm, upper leg or back. i speak from experience.

That would be a matter of opinion and taste and probably the best way to proceed would be to design your own, which would also have the benefit of being unique to you.

just look all over for something that catches your eye. i personally don't like to look at tat magazines for tattoo idea because i like to be original with my tats. i don't want anyone to have anything like mine. draw something up and bring it to tattoo shop or if you know anyone who can draw good to come up with plan for tattoo .
