Since your question as to the number killed in Iraq has been answered I will address some of your other points.
1. First those counts include those killed in car and plane accidents, helicopter crashes, etc..etc..
2. Yes most of the Iraqis care, I have friends that are Iraqi Shiites. They hate Al-Qaida and Saddam both. It is extremists from all over the middle east we are fighting over there, and when we leave there they will come here again. Count on it. If you actually knew anything about them you would know that.

Fewer than in most World War Two battles.
Or Civil War battles.

Last year there were 39,189 deaths on US roads. That's thirteen times the deaths from the war in Iraq, and the accidents are pointless.

Maybe you'd prefer those jihadis to come here and kill people. Those number would add up really quickly with people like you who prefer to blame the president for what's happening in the world than the people who actually cause the problems.
