go to the records department and ask for a copy of the birth certificate, however you might need the childs name.. im not sure.

Not sure as to why you need to know. Have you tried asking the parents? If it is something you should know, they would tell you. If not, there may be a reason you do not need to know and you should consider dropping it. Birth records are your best bet but realize that not all people give birth in the town where they live.

2. Check the 2006 major newspaper in that town
