i think night work messes up your body clock therefore making it harder for the body to loose weight.

Sleep is a big part of being healthy, so I wouldn't doubt that it would affect weight gain and loss. If you work at night and sleep during the day (getting at least 6-8 hours), you should be fine.

I think it doesnt matter as long as you dont eat more at night. Just dont eat rich or heavy foods and dont eat large amounts of that. You might want to keep awake more but drink coffee or tea instead of overeating.Pass on the Coke too because that is full of sugar.Just do it sensibly and your body adjusts to night work. Get the right amount of sleep in your daytime!

not actually cos i work at night every now and then. you just need a lot of self control. what i do is i set a time that i need to wake-up so i can exercise. i eat less, i exercise 20-40 mins a day. just dont forget to exercise. i know its hard but if you really want too you can make it.

really it doesn't matter if you work days or nights... it all depends if you keep a healthy life style..... i work nights in a hospital... so i really don't have time to sit down and eat so i eat small meals... during patients.... during the day i get plenty of rest.. and i wake up an hr early so i can go for a run..... it all depends on self-control and the foods you eat.......... good luck chrys:-)
