No, the DNA test will only determine who she has had sex with. It will not determine whether or not she has been raped. Some rapists don't leave any DNA evidence behind, which is why it is important that the victim goes to the hospital AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! The doctor will do a physical exam to look for signs of forced intercourse, and collect any available DNA evidence.

DNA tests are done on the samples in the kit collected at the time of the forensic medical exam. You don't give specifics, but please consider that the exam is no small thing. In small children it must be done under anesthesia, and many local hospitals do not offer the service. If you are merely wondering if your teen is sexually active, this is not the way to go about it. If, on the other hand, you have a real and valid concern, then you should already have had the exam done before you posted this question!

It is the best way to determine WHO was in that area, but it cannot determine rape. That is for a court to decide.
She cannot take a bath, she cannot clean the area, and if she waits too long and keeps hesitating, then the possible evidence will be arbitralily washed away. If she must urinate, then have her urinate in a clean container and make sure that she does not wipe. Testing can be done on the urine. Take her to the hospital for examination immediately. BRING THE UNDERWEAR to have it tested too.
Claims for rape has to be made quickly, or it loses validity. Get the evidence right away, and get a police report pronto.

Physical exam may show evidence of recent sexual activity (i.e. sperm present in the vagina or semen stains nearby) or evidnece of injury, either recent or old or the presence of a STD. Any of these in a minor is evidence of rape. A formal "rape kit" may show evidence (DNA) that may not be apparent to the examiner and will help determine who dun it.
