The cherry curtains come in two sizes: 24" long or 36" long. The part on top that is curved - longer on the sides, is the swag. The valance goes straight across on the top rod. You could have just the swag, if your window is small, or just the valance, or you could have both if you have a wide set of windows. You'd put the valance in the middle.
You could call the 1800 number and ask for customer service. There may be another number or email address just for customer service, but I didn't pay any attention.
The curtains are cute. I like the buttons for the cherries.

It would help if you would add your window dimensions. I would call their customer service or order desk for clarification. The descriptions seem to have some errors, for instance, the 24 inch is listed as 34 inch and they don't say if the width is per panel or total for both panels Remember you need a minimum of 2X the width of the window. If your window is 36 inches wide you need a minimum of 72 inches. They come in packages of pairs 60 inches wide so you would need two packages of the tiers either 24 or 36 inches long, one package of the valance and one package of the swags. The fuller they are the better they look and these are cuties.
