One of my younger brothers is living in New York having DV lottery 2004. He tells me that in future he will try to bring me in New York. He says I have to wait at least 3 years. So my question--If he takes all of my responsibilities including food, lodging & transportation in US, then will US government issue me working visa only 5 years? Actually I want to work there only 5 years so that I can earn some money & after return I may do a small business in Bangladesh.

Please advice.

No. He cannot sponsor you for a working visa. Only an employer can sponsor a working visa. Working visas are only being issued for college educated professionals like nurses and teachers right now.

The wait for an F4 visa is currently about 12 years. If he applies now you'll be approved in the year 2019.

Good luck.

i don't know about the wait. my friend brought her husband right away. he would probably get a permanent residency for you. then you would have to stay here or lose it. i'd think a work visa would be easier to get than a permanent residency..
