Nonsense. What you mean is that you don't like like badly prepared food, that some one claims is healthy and that is totally understandable, Badly prepared food sucks.
Having said that it is entirely possible to make spectacular, great, amazing food that is healthy and that you look forward to eating.
I and many others who frequent this site have the education , training and experience to make great healthy food everyday, and we do.
You can do it too, learn to cook . Control your own destiny. Really good food is not only good for your body, it's good for your soul.
BTW, there are groups of well meaning self-flagellators
out there who honestly believe that that the only way to health is through the denial of pleasure. They have have their own definition of what "healthy food "actually is and a good part of that definition is a philosophical /lifestyle statement not an empirically derived nutritional statement.
What they neglect to realize is that if the food is badly prepared, uses really strange ingredients and doesn't taste particularly good, you're not going to eat it and therefore not derive any benefits from it.
But you're not off the hook yet. You have a responsibility to expand your food palate. You need to increase the variety of foods you will try and possibly eat.

Try eating sweet potato fries, make homemade salsa with diced tomatoes and cilantro, or drink fruit smoothies that you make at home.
