Not able to browse network neighbourhood?

hai,

i have 25 sys connected to same domain. i have one pc recently connected. pc has win 2000. if i click on network neighbourhood, i can see only few machines but not all why.

but i can ping the machine which is not visible
also if i do start -> run and give the machine's ip address which is not visible in the network neighbourhood, then i can see the contents of that machine.

what setting i have to make so that when i click on network neighbourhood i see all the machines ?

i have shared c and d drive of all machines.

My guess would be that the workgroup is not the same, or possibly the subnetmask. I personally like the tips and tricks found at http://www.practicallynetworked.com Hope this helps
