Yes, and as others mentioned, there are also 5 and 6 blad propellers too. Most turboprops are four blades, while most small aircraft are only two and three blades. More blades means more expense but are also more efficient at providing power and tend to be quieter too.

Yes, there are a lot.
For example spitfires had a lot of versions and some of them were four-bladed. but some were five-bladed or three-bladed, and also six-bladed.
