Effective, not too costly way to screen print?

It's been many long years since I last screen printed, but I have these designs that I want to print on clothing, can some one give me a basic walk through the steps please?

Hey Kara,

Build the screen frame. stretch the silk screen. Put the design film on to the screen. (for one of one-to-many colors), then squegee the paint onto the T-shirt (or poster, etc).
