Wow! you don't hear that too often. I assume you want to gain healthy weight and not just fat. As an ex Olympic weightlifter I had to move up a weight class(more than once). If you're an active person with fast metabolism it is very hard to gain weight. What worked for me was to eat healthy foods(no junk)but eat as often as possible. Combine this with weight gain supplements and body shaping workouts that involve weights (I kept to 10 reps or less with heavier weight). target areas you would like to build and tone. this way the weight you gain will be mostly muscle not fat. Also the heavier weights will add skeletal mass(your bones will store more calcium) this will help later in life. Remember to be patient about the most you should expect to gain per month in lean body mass is 3 pounds any faster and your probably gaining it in fat.

I am 5'5 and used to weigh 45kg ( I think around 95 pounds we use kg more in Australia) I could not put on weight no matter what I did. I got some advice from a family member to eat 3 full meals a day no snacks at all!! no junk food eat red meat, pasta for carbs, vegetables, eggs for protein, the reason is because constant snacking raises your metabolism and can make you lethargic and doesnt give you much long lasting energy. Moderate portions of good home cooked food 3 times daily and no snacks I gained 7kg from doing this ( then I got pregnant and have never been underweight since lol)

Are you sure? Weight-gain is super-easy. If you snack late at night, I kid you not, you will be hungry at the EXACT time, every night...
The little activities- getting up to turn the channel (instead of remote), checking the mail on foot (instead of while backing out of the driveway), making two trips to move an object (instead of piling them on top of each other), burn calories, so if you want to gain weight, you start to use phrases like "I've already settled (down on the couch/recliner)" when someone asks you to do a chore, or spending 5 minutes looking for the remote in the couch cushions instead of just getting up and turning the channel... You will gain weight in no time flat. It sounds very un-dynamic, but this is actually a big difference.

As you upload muscle, you'll upload weight, AND muscle weighs more effective than fat, so as which may be the premier thanks to attain. My brother is attempting to attain weight, and he purely eats an complete weight help plan and lifts at the same time inclusive of his standard exercising and he has gaine 5 kilos so some distance. each and every time he misses a week of ability, he loses weight, so it deffinitley helps!

I am overweight but I know people like you and I don't envy them as when they are not anorectic everybody will think anyway they are.
Now, one of my friend who is a shiatsu therapist told me it was easier to loose weight than gain it... and he has know me for age so, he know what he is talking about.
The problem, yours, is that you burn probably more calories by digesting the food that what it brings.
Some food like apples, tomatoes and so on are even given in diets as they are seen as "negative" calories or calories "burners"...
And if you are someone doing exercises, it is as someone else says.
Maybe you have a very physical work, a large family, a big garden...
Think about it and I wish you the best.
