I just tried this machine, it detects your body fat percentage. It says I have 4.4% body fat. I wonder is it ok? I am 5'10, 125 lbs, I don't look so sickly thin... Any opinion? I am attending gym three times per week, and try my best to eat mostly protein food.

Well, it may not be totally accurate, those machines don't always get it right. But taking into account you are underweight and if you are building muscle, I guess it's not that unlikely that your body fat percentage would be pretty low.

If it does turn out to be correct, then you may need to put on some weight, as you should not drop below 6% for long periods of time. HTH : )

Maybe If you work out more than you can gain some muscle.That would be the only way your body fact could be that low.
