In winter season the hair loss will be high compared to other season. If the hair loss is btwn 100 to 150 strands a day, it is quite normal. If the hair loss is above that then you may need to consult a doctor. There are various reason for hair loss. It can be vitamin deficiency, dandruff problem or due to the shampoo which you are using.Instead of using chemical shampoos you can try using Henna based herbal powder like Meera and check whether this helps you solve the problem. Drinking more water and vitamin rich fruits and vegetable also help in growing healthy hair. Massaging the scalp using oil also help in the blood circulation which in turn helps in the growth of hair.

Ok. I totally have the same problem. Don't worry. If you start to go bald consult a doctor. I didn't reach that point, but what I did do was go to Target, and I bought the Break's Over by Herbal Essence, and my hair hasn't been falling out since. Also, try to keep your hair natural. Don't use any extreme products on it. If you need to use irons, be careful, and stay away from putting anything on your scalp. Good Luck!
