Everyone has said call a vet which I would recomond if your daog looks like he is in pain or another answer could be that your dog may have got bitten on the tonge by an ant (common if they are eating old bones or toys or even one that has gotten into his water dish) , if that is the case, offer fresh water buy it should calm down soon.

Sounds like it could be bloat or some other very serious gastrointestinal ailment. Bloat can kill your dog in just a few hours. I'd go with everyone else. Take your boxer to a vet right away.

I just read something on a website and I think your dog may have Gastrus Dialation-Volvulus or Bloat (GDV) the signs that your dog has all point to it. YOU NEED TO TAKE YOUR DOG TO THE VET IMMEDIATELY OR SHE COULD HAVE HEART FAILURE.
The website is http://www.fcrsainc.org/healthmanual/gastric.html
Sorry, I hope this helps and nothing happens to your dog I have a boxer also and they are very loving animals.

To me it sounds like she may have eaten a bug. See if you can wipe off her tongue. Try to get her to drink water. Sometimes they will drink a little milk. If the symptoms don't subside then you will need to call a 24 hour Vet and ask what to do next. Best of luck to you!

Call a vet.

Have you given her any of those Greenies? Many dogs had problems with them, choking and dying from bowel obstructions too.

Either way,call a vet.
