Someone tried to sell me a "green ticket". She said she works for the airlines and it can be given or sold to anyone and there are no restrictions and i can go anytime there is a seat available as long as i make a reservation. I am a bit wary to buy the ticket then find that i cannot use it. Can someone tell me if these are the real thing.

To the best of my knowledge there does not exist such a ticket. Today's security demands are that you need to identify yourself at the airport, the name on the ticket must be totally similar to your passport, no restrictions? What airline gives you an open ticket (its usually either very expensive)? I would strongly advise you to say a firm NO THANK YOU and forget about its it smells like a scam to me.

Absolutely never heard of it. Most airline tickets are not transferable.
