Was the wet food a different food than she had been eating prior to getting diarhea? If so that could be the problem; you should never change a cat's diet suddenly...always gradually incorporate the new food with the food they are used to eating, but do it gradually. Even when switching brands of dry food you should do that, esp. with a kitten.
Has the kitten been given any cow's milk? This will make them have diarhea, they become lactose intolerant after they are weaned and no cat should ever be given cow's milk. If you want to give them something similar to milk, get them cat-sip, which is a liquid non-dairy based product esp. made for cats, it can be digested by them and will not upset their stomach.
Could your kitten have eaten something it shouldn't have, such as string or something off the floor? Do you have any houseplants she could have chewed on? Some plants are toxic to cats, even deadly, and some will just give them an upset stomach if they ingest them.
Has she had all her vaccinations? Corona virus or Calcivirus can cause these symptoms and can be fatal, sometimes they will seem fine except for the diarhea and a runny nose, then they can get very sick with a fever and weaken.
I am concerened about the blood and mucus.. I think you should definately make her an apt. with the vet ASAP, it may not be anything, but if she got into something toxic or swallowed something or it is one of these viruses, time is of the essence, Kittens immune systems are not fully developed like in a fully grown cat.
I hope your kitty is o.k., please call your vet.

Allergies are possible but you should rule out the more likely things first (colitis, parasites). Diet changes can cause colitis = mucusy, runny, bloody stools. So can worms. Best to rule out the worms for sure because she could have gotten them back, or the wormer can fail. There are different kinds of parasites that can be hard for the vet to diagnose, too, so you should see the vet and let them examine the stools microscopically and they might give a different wormer. Sometimes cats especially purebreeds are prone to inflammatory bowel disease (like allergies) but your kitten is so young, you probably should not worry about that at all.

if she got de wormed three weeks ago it could be that . also is she new to wet food?
if she has been eating dry food only and you just gave her wet food for the first time it is a shock to her system and you have slowly to slowly introduse wet food. make shure she is eating and drinking regualy. also worms normally look like little wiggaly peices of rice next to the anus. take her tempratur by placing a thermomertur in her rectom about an inch.. it should be about 101 F..if it above of below by 2 degrees then take her to the vet. but maks sur she is still eating. hope all is well

If you are giving ure kitten human dairy products stop cos that could be the source of the diarhea. The blood could be nothing but keep an eye on her and if it continues take her to ure vet.
Good luck :)

If it was her first wormer she could very possibly still have worms it typically takes two treatments within a two week time period. So I would make an appointment with the vet.

keep properly hydrated and feed solids. sure, kittens have milk enamel - feed solids. continuously keep a watch on the stool for worms and such. also look ahead to pores and skin rashes. commonly it passes quickly (a million week). if you're fairly worried see a vet. I commonly enable my kittens devour good nutrition once they prefer to. I supply up can nutrition on the instantaneous. All my cats stay to 18+

My cat has weird poo everyonce in a while. Usually it's after she's had some wet food. If nothing we say makes you feel better take her for a checkup.
