At my church, kids your age "date" each other, but it's very innocent. It's mostly going out together as part a group to church social activities, with lots of adult supervision, and chatting by e-mail, again with parental approval and supervision.

Everyone thinks it's really cute, and it's something that the families and in fact everyone at church feels a part of - part of being in the Christian church community.

It's something you need to talk about with your parents.

well, personally, havin a girlfriend @ 13 yrs of age is too young, being christian or not.

u need time to grow more, mature, n to get to know urself better--the more u know bout urself, the more ull know what ur lookin for from ur partner.

whatever u decide, make sure its sumthin U want, not what others want for urself, or believe is best for u--no one knows u better than urself

13 years is truelly to young to start dating, wait for a few more years, until you can mature and the girls around you can mature. Just because your friends "date" doesn't mean you need to.
