I'm looking for that perfect pair (or 4 - in case of a break) of wedding champagne glasses. I'm not much of a traditional glass lover, for instance, I'm not impressed much with the cut glass Waterford style unless it's very simple. I use Riedel stemware for wine so I can appreciate the advantage of a well, handcrafted glass, but I'm looking for a SHOWSTOPPER pair of champagne glasses. I like trumpets alot. But if not done correctly they can end up looking informal.

Any ideas for a CLASSIC set of champagne glasses that have that WOW factor?

Pictures would be GREAT!!

Thank you :)

I received these toasting flutes as an engagement gift...they are AMAZING! The stems are filled w/ swarovski crystals, and when the light hits them.....WOW!!! They are way pricey, but really unique works of art in thier own right.

Well, my husband & I used Waterford "Wedding" Flutes that I now keep in a keepsake display case along with our wedding photo & our invitation (framed). The flutes were a gift from his parents, who picked themup on their trip to Ireland.
They are not real elaborate but they have two swans facing forming a heart. I LOVE them because they were a special gift.

Waterford has GREAT looking flutes...bridal patterns and regular ones. I'm pretty sure the website is www.waterford.com but you can also find them at places like Saks, Macys and Lord and Taylor in the kitchenware section.
