I have a nickel allergy too and the best way to do it is use a topical cream. I use locoid cream, a topical steroid(Hydrocortisone). It works great but the best way to stop the allergy is to stop wearing metals with nickel. Try coating the button with nail varnish or something, that should work!

Get some over-the-counter hydrocortisone. Apply it to the area three times per day for 4 days. It will get better.

Use some aloe vera lotion to stop the itch and stop wearing those belts because it sounds as if your skin is very sensitive and it will only get worse if you continue to wear those belts.
