the only way to counter attitude problem is to not acknowledge it....do wat u would do with all ur regular guests..no more & no less...let her do wat she likes..let her be confortable & ur work is done..dont tag along with her...fueling her attitude..leave her alone if thats wat she ask for..acknowledge wat is her logical demand if she puts up some...& most important stop telling urself she has attitude..it could be that u feel insecure or something with her around..chk urself too..well it could be either way...
so stop worring & relax..carry a smile always..thats all is worth..rest stop worring she aint abusing u nor u r..so enjoy ur vacations..the usual way..if she wants to join in welcome her & please be urself...so u wouldnt feel let down..
best wishes

Tell her life is short and it isn't about branded goods and royal treatments. At the end of the day, it's about how much love and care she has shown people around her. Tell her deep down, she's a wonderful girl and you would be so proud of her if she could give to those around her.

I would have to agree..I would ignore the behavior. Exclude her from acitivites. Example. She sees the family is about to play a board game, do not ask her to play..she will see that everyone is having fun and want to play..only normal..

Just ignore the behavior and she will turn around..

I would also talk to her parents..let them know how she acted so when she gets home her parents enforce that she should NEVER act that way

Tell her you don't know how things are done in her house but in your house this is how it's gonna be. Lay down the rules. You're the boss and don't need her permission for anything.
