banana smoothie.... bananas, milk, honey, yoghurt (for sweeter version, use vanila ice cream) and a little nutmeg.
Strawberry; use strawberries. Omit nutmeg. Use soft fleshy fruits; mango, banana, strawberries, blueberries. MMMM, you just made me feel like one. Banana for me, with some chocolate syrup, mmm. Enjoy :)

I make my smoothies with one small container of plain yogurt, one banana, some fruit juice, some frozen berries and a little sugar. It's filling enough to be breakfast or a nice snack.

A real high class smoothie consists only of fruit. Admittedly, if you choose the wrong fruits, you get a bit of a roughie, but if you stick to the proven fruits, things should go well.

we make it with a varying mixture of ingredients - I usually always use milk- then I add either ice cream, yogurt or crushed ice - fruit - honey - a teaspoon or two of flax seed
my daughter concocted one the other day with milk, banana, pumpkin puree, cinnamon and nutmeg and honey - it was delicious. I really like to put yogurt in mine!

I use milk (500ml), chopped up fruit (5 peaches), coffee creamer(1 tablespoon) and sugar. Put all in blender and blitz until smooth.
