banana smoothie.... bananas, milk, honey, yoghurt (for sweeter version, use vanila ice cream) and a little nutmeg.
Strawberry; use strawberries. Omit nutmeg. Use soft fleshy fruits; mango, banana, strawberries, blueberries. MMMM, you just made me feel like one. Banana for me, with some chocolate syrup, mmm. Enjoy :)

I make my smoothies with one small container of plain yogurt, one banana, some fruit juice, some frozen berries and a little sugar. It's filling enough to be breakfast or a nice snack.

A real high class smoothie consists only of fruit. Admittedly, if you choose the wrong fruits, you get a bit of a roughie, but if you stick to the proven fruits, things should go well.

we make it with a varying mixture of ingredients - I usually always use milk- then I add either ice cream, yogurt or crushed ice - fruit - honey - a teaspoon or two of flax seed
my daughter concocted one the other day with milk, banana, pumpkin puree, cinnamon and nutmeg and honey - it was delicious. I really like to put yogurt in mine!

I use milk (500ml), chopped up fruit (5 peaches), coffee creamer(1 tablespoon) and sugar. Put all in blender and blitz until smooth.

Other ingredients used are soy milk, yogurt, milk or ice cream. It's all up to you.
