I am currently a 11B in a MP company. The reserves offers the 4 week course and the 11 week course

I'm a 31B on the active side,, you should take the 11 week course, as this will give you more of the training you will need to actually do the job.and give you a better grasp of what we do in the Field as well as on the road.

I would take the 11 week course because if you ever decide to go active then you would have already taken the more qualify course. Just don't lose your 1059 that they give you after you completed the course. Remember for every 40 hrs you get 1 promotion point if the reserve works the same way as active duty and the guard. quicker is better, they probably have the same requirements so cram it in and go for the shorter one.
