Meaning #1: a room that can be filled with steam in which people bathe; `vapour bath' is a British term

Meaning #2: you sweat in a steam room before getting a rubdown and cold shower
Synonyms: Turkish bath, steam bath, vapor bath

I think what you mean is the traditional Turkish baths.
