The other night I went to a Christmas party with a co-worker of mine whom I'm totally crushing on. The whole night this other girl was there trying to hook up with him and he totally blew her off all night so one of the managers asked him if he was here with anyone and he said yes that he was with me and she then said oh so you're single then and he was like no not really. now this guy and i aren't going out yet all night people kept calling us bf and gf and he never said anything at all about it not being true. this girl even asked him to dance and he said no he was taking a break and then we went to dance. we danced together all night and he didn't take his eyes off of me. he also told me that i looked amazing and very sexy. anyways does this sound like he's interested in dating me in the future and if so what should i do about getting this to happen?

Sounds like it's happening already. I would just try to ensure some future dates by asking him to a movie you want to see or talk about a movie you really want to see or a restaurant you want to check out and see if he asks you out. I would also tell him how much you liked going to the party with him.

It looks pretty obvious to me girl, I don't think he wants to date you in the future, I think his trying to hook up with you right now!
There really isn't much you can do, just wait for him to make the first move, but you can encourage him in some ways to make a move if you know what I mean? If you like him, look like you are interested in him, it will give him more confidence to make that move... but whatever you do, DO NOT make a move first, because, I don't know about other guys but it is a huge turn off to me if a girl makes a move on me first, it shows that she is cheap...

Ask him out. Also, take into consideration he may have been drunk that night..j/k But, yeah, ask him out. Chics are allowed to do that now. Sounds like your chances are good. Hope you have a great time! :o)
