You stole my idea -- I gonna sue you.
Look dummy if you do not build it, design it or patten it, or copywrite it is not your idea. Idea's are cheap, making them work and de-bugging them is what it is all about.

If you didn't patent your idea, you have no way of getting back at them. Possibly you could get them some bad publicity IF you had gone to them with your idea AND they listened to you AND there were witnesses, and THEN they produced your idea - a lawyer could let you know. But there would HAVE to be witnesses to your having presented your idea to them. Even then, it would take years to get to court, and by that time your idea will be commonplace in the world, most likely. What you can do while you are working on your your NEXT brilliant idea is to bad-mouth them whenever possible. You could also develop something SIMILAR and take it to someone else to produce - quickly, before they corner the market. But watch out you don't infringe on the copyright the bad guys have by now probably taken out on YOUR idea.
