It depends on what the guy wants to see in a girl. Some guys see only some of the qualities the girl possess and miss others qualities she possess.

I don't always see a girl,I look for the soul of the person inside.
I try to relate to people of any race,creed,color,or sex as another human being.Just another human trying to "be".

Honestly, most if not all of us first focus on the fisical (each to their liking) and them a lot of us (not including the shallow guys) then start looking for your "inner beuty" (not talking about sex)...
How you go about yourself?
What do you think of yourself? Of others? the world?
What you think about "Me"?
What are your goals in life?
Basicly, the smater one's of us look for compatibility...
