I know post-graduates receive close to $100 thous, but according to monster.com, the top paid pharmacists- with 10+ yrs of experience basically get paid the same (maybe $110~120?), what's the increase of salaries among pharmacists. Do you get paid about the same or a tiny increase no matter how many years you work? Even lik 30 or more years? Also, salaries of incoming pharmacists are increasing quite alot each year. How do exisiting pharmacists react to that? Do you get enough increase each year?

Everyone gets a regular increase. The chains try and keep all pharmacists of equal levels get paid about the same. It wasn't that long ago that community pharmacists were being paid 70k or less. If you want to get paid more, you have to go into management.
