ok im 15 and weigh 160lbs i have had time gaining weight i eat everything and i workout 3 times a week. Somebody told me if you drink a milkshake everyday you will gain in no time, is this true?

If you add a significant amount of calories, such as those protein shakes or milkshakes like you said, you'll have a positive caloric balance. (Unless you somehow work it off or your metabolism is incredibly speedy). Take it slowly. You don't want to grow a belly!

It can depending on the ingredients used to make your milkshake. However, it may not be the best (and healthy) way of putting on weight. Weight gain has something to do with your metabolism. The best way is to look for a nutritionist and ask that a weight-gain program be made for you. Eating lots of carbohydrates to gain weight may result in other health problems. Don't take the risk!

drink milk! the nurses in school make us drink that all the time to help us gain weight. or u can eat Mcdonalds 3 times a day. Results proven in "Supersize Me". ;P

Yes, if you consume more calories you will gain weight. Go to GNC. They have shake mixes for that.
