Absolutely normal. Think of any older couple you know. Love changes as you get older. Gets better in lots of ways.

I guess when that happens then you are officially old. It's gonna happen eventually. I never bought into that notion that old people can enjoy sex until they die. Show me any 80 year old that is still sexually active and I'll show you a pig that can fly. On the plus side, I guess it partly explains why there are so many older priests. The celibacy thing is no longer a big deal and they get food and shelter for saying a few masses, weddings, and funerals. Hell of a gig.

Nothing is perfect ALL THE TIME! you should know that by now. When your in a relationship it takes work to make it what you want. If you love someone enough you'll always work for the best. Love has NOTHING to do with BOREDOM.

Boredom is a sign of depression.

Go to a movie, plan an activity together you've never done -- maybe never even considered. It's normal, but if these days pile up, your partner (or even you) may be tempted to find excitement outside your relationship.

You must be young! I have only been married for 3.5 years but there are plenty of boring days! It doesn't mean anything to me, except that we are comfortable with ourselves around one another and that if every day was exciting, what would we have to look forward to?

You can't expect to always have super-duper awesome adventurous day EVERY day.

Its completely normal. But as long as you love them, everything will be okay. Imagine being married. Not everyday is different and exciting.

Don't worry about it.

You mean that I'm not supposed to hear renditions of "When Fools Fall in Love" going on in my head endlessly without stop?

the majority will be boring days, unless you have unlimited income and time to waste. regular life gets mundane, it doesn't mean you're not in love.
